Pricing

Plans are sized by how big your organization is, not by which features you are allowed to have. The same plans apply to nonprofits and to businesses.

Draft pricing. These numbers are a starting point and have not been finalized — confirm before quoting them anywhere.

Onboarding

$750 one time

Your data out of the spreadsheets and into Coven, your vocabulary and roles set up, your domain connected, and two training sessions for the people who will use it daily. It is not required — you can set it up yourself — but most organizations want it.

Nonprofits with an annual budget under $250,000 pay $375, and I keep limited pro bono capacity each quarter. Ask.

No contract, no minimum term, no per-record fees, and no charge for the people who only ever see your public site.

Cancel whenever you like and take a full export with you.
